2. What we collect and why

• Request details — website address, email, name (optional), preferred report language and notes. Used to prepare your analysis and send you the private link (performing the service you asked for).
• Report link activity — when a private link is opened, the preview viewed or checkout started. Used to know whether you received the report and to follow up once (legitimate interest).
• Payment records — order reference, amount, currency and status received from WayForPay. We do not receive or store your full card number (contract and legal accounting obligations).
• Account data — if you sign in with Google, your email address and name, used to keep your reports in one place.
• Website data — publicly available information about the analysed website, collected by our research tools.

3. Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the service — hosting, email delivery, WayForPay (payments) and Google (sign-in and, with your consent, analytics) — under agreements that protect it. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.

4. Retention

Request and report data are kept while your reports remain available and for up to [24 months] afterwards so we can compare rechecks. Payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

5. Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies keep you signed in and the service secure. With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages are useful — for example how many visitors request an analysis or open a sample report. Until you choose “Accept analytics”, no analytics cookies are set (Google Consent Mode sends only cookieless, anonymous pings). We never send your email, name, private report links or payment details to Google, and we don't use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can request access to, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, object to processing, and complain to your data protection authority. Email support@seorecheck.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
