1. Who we are

2. The service

• Free preview. After you request an analysis we review your website and send a private link to a preview containing your score, a summary and several example findings. The preview is free and creates no obligation to buy.
• Full report. A one-time purchase that unlocks the complete online report for the analysed website and, where prepared, a PDF version and included materials: every finding, affected URLs, recommended fixes and a prioritized plan.
• Recheck. A later analysis of the same website, compared with the previous audit. Rechecks are offered and priced separately.

Our reports are expert recommendations based on the data available at the time of the analysis. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales, and we do not make changes to your website unless agreed separately in writing.

3. Price and payment

The price, currency and any expiry date of an offer are shown on your private report page before payment. Prices are one-time; there is no subscription. Payments are processed by WayForPay; we never receive or store your full card details. [State whether prices include VAT/taxes.]

4. Delivery

The full report is a digital product delivered electronically. Access opens on the same private link as soon as WayForPay confirms the payment — usually within a few seconds. The PDF (if prepared) can be downloaded from that page. If access doesn't open within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve it or refund you.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Because the full report is digital content supplied immediately after payment, you agree that delivery starts right away and, where the law allows, the statutory withdrawal right ends once the report is unlocked. We still want you to be satisfied:

• If the report cannot be delivered or is materially different from what the preview and offer described, you are entitled to a full refund.
• If you were charged twice or charged without receiving access, we refund the duplicate or undelivered payment in full.
• Other requests are considered case by case within [14] days of purchase.

To request a refund, email support@seorecheck.com with your website and payment date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment card via WayForPay within [7–30] banking days; access to the full report is withdrawn when the refund is issued.

6. Your responsibilities

Only request analyses of websites you own or are authorised to evaluate. Keep your private report link confidential — anyone with the link can open the preview, and after payment the full report. You may use the report for your own business and share it with people working on your website; you may not resell it.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or the results of changes made to your website based on the report.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of [Country / jurisdiction]. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.
